The hook is designed for emergency evacuation from a burning building. I have repurposed it and will show one way to use the hook to anchor onto edges inside a building in order to rappel from it. For additional safety, you can also connect multiple hooks and place them on different openings, window frames, etc. However, this is a technique that you should <strong>never use as a standard method<\/strong>!
