I modified the helmet slightly for tactical training.

Unfortunately, you can’t wear active hearing protection with a headband under the helmet, nor can you attach rails. But after all, this helmet isn’t exactly a “tacticool” helmet.

Conclusion<\/h2>\n

I wore the helmet for several years during CQB training and rappelling. It has served ME PERSONALLY well for these purposes. <\/p>\n

Size<\/strong>
\nThe helmet has a round shape. I wear size XL. Since I have a rather long head, the helmet presses on the front and back. Unfortunately, no size adjustments are possible.<\/p>\n

Tactical Use<\/strong>
\nI see this helmet as a training helmet or as a helmet for parachuting in tactical scenarios. However, there is also a full-cut version specifically designated for skydiving.<\/p>\n

Final Word<\/strong>
\nIf you are looking for a relatively affordable helmet to use for whitewater trips or urban combat training, you will enjoy this Protec helmet. However, keep in mind that this helmet does not meet climbing standards.
