I opened the seam and extended the &#8220;straps&#8221; with hook-and-loop tape. Since magazines cannot be stowed with one hand, this placard is not a full replacement for classic magazine pouches in my opinion. However, it offers a very simple and low-profile way to carry three magazines, for example, on the **QR LC ZP plate carrier** from Tasmanian Tiger.<br \/><strong>Compatibility<\/strong><br \/>The panel is ideal for TT plate carriers that have the corresponding loops. For other plate carriers with vertical slots, it may also fit, but it can&#8217;t be guaranteed. With some webbing and a tri-glide buckle, you can easily add a loop to MOLLE plate carriers to hang the G-hooks. Or you can modify the panel as I demonstrated above \ud83d\ude09<br \/><strong>Field of Use<\/strong><br \/>In my opinion, this is a great magazine pouch for the range or for operations where you know you&#8217;ll need magazines quickly and won\u2019t be trekking through the underbrush for long periods. So primarily for **Direct Action** and **shooting sports**. A dump pouch is a useful addition. Otherwise, it&#8217;s also practical for storing gear in a backpack.<br \/><strong>Summary<\/strong><br \/>A nice low-profile 3-mag front flap made of elastic webbing. Magazines or other gear are quickly accessible. However, due to the lack of retention loops, the gear isn&#8217;t super secure in the pouch, and the design makes magazines slower to stow.
